From account creation to verification

Many users get frustrated after claiming a bonus without fully understanding the terms. Caji wants you to know exactly what you're getting. Here are the most common points of confusion, cleared up.

What is the Welcome Bonus?

When you make your first deposit, Caji gives you a bonus based on a percentage of that amount. For example, a 100% bonus means if you deposit ৳1,000, you'll have ৳2,000 to play with in total. However, to withdraw your bonus funds, you need to place bets a set number of times — this is known as the wagering requirement.

What is a wagering requirement?

Say your bonus has a 20x wagering requirement. If you receive a ৳500 bonus, you'll need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw it. Those bets can be placed on any game, though some games may contribute less or more towards the wagering total.

What if my bonus has expired?

Every bonus has an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus is automatically cancelled once it expires. Make sure to activate your bonus promptly and keep track of the deadline for meeting the wagering requirements.

Security & Login Issues

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. The link is valid for 15 minutes. Once you set a new password, all existing sessions will be logged out automatically. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Go to Account Settings and select the "Security" option. From there, you can enable Google Authenticator or SMS-based 2FA. Once 2FA is active, you'll need to enter a one-time code alongside your password every time you log in, keeping your account significantly more secure.

Entering the wrong password five times in a row will temporarily lock your account. It will unlock automatically after 30 minutes. If you'd like to unlock it sooner, contact the support team by email and verify your identity.

You can view your login history in your account settings. If you see a login from an unfamiliar device or location, change your password immediately and email support@caji.bet. The Caji team will investigate promptly and secure your account.

Technical Troubleshooting

Pages not loading, bets not going through — most of these issues are straightforward to fix.

Start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then refresh the page. If you're on mobile, check your data connection — a 4G or Wi-Fi connection works best. If the issue persists, try a different browser or use the Caji app.

First, check that your wallet has enough balance. In live betting, odds change quickly, so bets can sometimes get rejected — just try again. If the problem keeps happening, log out and log back in. If it still won't resolve, reach out via live chat.

To install the Caji APK on Android, go to your phone's settings and enable "Install from unknown sources". On iOS, use Safari to add the site to your home screen as a PWA. Visit the /download page for step-by-step instructions.

You need to be logged in and have a minimum balance in your wallet to watch live streaming. If you have an ad blocker enabled in your browser, please disable it. If the video is buffering, try lowering the streaming quality or switch to Wi-Fi instead of mobile data.
